Solid Surface custom-made countertops

With Solid Surface we can customize the format and design of the countertop according to the dimensions and aesthetic and functional needs of each bathroom. In addition to being able to choose any color from the RAL Classic system or matt white, we can also apply different textures or reliefs to the surface.

Steps to follow to customize and design a countertop

COUNTERTOP: Length and depth

Define the width and length of the countertop according to the dimensions of the bathroom. Take into account the columns and structural elements.

— Plate thickness: 12 mm.
— Maximum dimension – length: 3000 mm.
— Maximum dimension – width: 600 mm.

SKIRT: frontal and/or lateral (optional)

If a skirt is required, choose its location and dimensions.

— Maximum dimension – length: 3000 mm.
— Height dimensions: 50 – 80 – 100 – 120 – 150 mm.

TOWEL RAIL: (optional)

Towel rail hole can be integrated by selecting its position on the same surface of the countertop or skirt (for skirts over 100 mm).

— Length dimension: 35 – 40 – 45 mm.
— Height dimension: 40 mm.

BASIN: installation on the countertop

Once you have chosen a basin model from our Solid Surface catalogue, you can install it in different ways: on top, semi-recessed or recessed.

FAUCETS: nº holes for its installation

Indicate the faucet model to be installed in order to drill the countertop with necessary holes.

COLOR:

Matt White or any color of the RAL Classic© system chart.

TEXTURE AND RELIEF ON THE SKIRT

You can apply 4 types of textures on the skirt:
— Smooth texture
— Slate texture
— Micro slate texture
— Concrete texture
