Cleaning and manteinance

To avoid damage and to ensure the durability of the products, follow the recommendations below.

GENERAL

— Use only detergents intended for the product. In the case of enameled products, it is advisable to use water and neutral soap to avoid damaging the surfaces.
— Always follow the instructions for the use of detergents.
— Do not use aggressive or powder detergents, steel brushes or other abrasives.
— Do not apply detergent spray directly on the surface, always do it on a cloth.
— Rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning the product with detergent.
— Shampoo, liquid soap and other body lotions deposits should be rinsed off with water immediately.

SPOUTS

The spouts may have aerators to regulate the water flow. In order to maintain optimum performance in your faucet and if required, these parts can be removed and immersed for a few hours in vinegar.

SHOWERS

The shower should be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth and neutral detergent. Let the detergent work for a short time and rinse thoroughly with water. To avoid limescale build-up on the nozzles, they should be rubbed with your fingers or a not too hard plastic.

OUTDOOR SHOWERS

— Water contains lime scale which can form stains on shower surfaces. To avoid the formation of stains, dry the product after each use.
— In the event that stains appear, we recommend using a metal cleaner in the case of stainless steel showers. Subsequently, clean with abundant water and neutral soap.
— Do not use abrasive detergents or disinfectants.

HANDS FREE

When cleaning Hands Free faucets and soap dishes, you must be careful not to damage the sensor with detergents. It is recommended to clean them with a cotton swab, water and a little soap.

SANITARY

The surface of our sanitary is characterized for the highest quality among the products available on the market. Under normal conditions of use, the surface requires a minimum of care to retain their beauty for years to come.

— To maintain the surface of the product and to avoid tough stains (for example, stains from hair dye, lipstick or other colouring products), we recommend cleaning it immediately.
— For regular cleaning, we recommend universal cleaning agents without abrasive properties or mild dishwashing detergents.
— After each use, rinse the inside surface with water and dry with a cotton cloth.
— Clean tough stains (grease, oil, paint, ink and mildew stains) with a mild cleaning cream. Removing stains completely may require some effort.
— It is recommended to apply skin care oil to the surface of the product once a month to maintain its aesthetic appearance.
— Clean stubborn dirt with warm water and mild detergents or soapy water.
— Remove scratches from the surface with a rough sponge and then apply skin care oil. Limescale is removed with vinegar diluted in water (3 parts water to 1 part vinegar).

SMART TOILETS

For a safe cleaning of our smart toilets, unplug the unit before maintenance. We recommend using a soft and damp cloth for cleaning, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals.

BATHROOM ACCESSORIES AND HARDWARE

Our accessories are made of stainless steel or brass. To maintain the finishes, follow the next steps:

— The products should be wiped along the structure, not crosswise.
— A clean and dust free cloth should be used to avoid scratching the products.
— Fingerprints, residues and other marks can be cleaned with water and soap and a soft cloth.

DRAINS

Our drains are made of brushed stainless steel (AISI 304). The product should be cleaned regularly, so that the drainage systems last longer and functions optimally.
— Do not spray the cleaning products directly on the surface, spray it on a cloth.
— Do not use cleaning agents with a high concentration of fluorine, chlorine and hydrogen peroxide.
— Always rinse the surface thoroughly with water after using cleaning agents.

Grille, drain and filter cleaning

Stainless steel is very durable if cleaned regularly. The surface is covered with a thin protective layer of chromium oxide. Corrosion can occur if this protective layer is damaged, for example, by impurities present in the steel itself, strong acids or chemicals such as iodine, chlorine, fluorine or bromine can impede the oxygen reaction process, consequently removing the protective layer.

To clean, lift up the grille and remove the filter from the drain unit. Clean all three parts with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush lathered with mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water. The grille can also be treated for limescale deposits using ordinary descaling agents. Always follow the instructions on the product label.
