Our Projects Department is composed of a multidisciplinary team of architects, technical architects, engineers, project managers and interior and product designers.
At ICÓNICO we believe that having a human team of these characteristics, with a global vision and a wide knowledge of the matter, facilitates the communication with professionals and technicians, providing fast and efficient solutions during the different phases of their projects.

CUSTOMIZED SERVICE: ONE PROJECT, ONE PROFESSIONAL
We assign a technician from our Project Department to define the necessary requirements together with the prescriber.

PROJECT STUDY THROUGH INFOGRAPHICS
We carry out the study of the distribution plant through plans, renderings or moodboards, and recommend the products and elements that best suit your project.
If the prescriber has previously consulted our catalogue and has already selected the products and units needed, we can move on directly to the budget phase.

PRODUCT SELECTION
Once the products are selected, we plan a meeting at our offices to show the material and finishes.
If a face-to-face meeting is not feasible, we can ship some samples to the studio within 24/48 hours and schedule a meeting through video conference.

BUDGET
After choosing the products and their finishes, we prepare a budget with our best sales conditions.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Our website has all the necessary documentation: images, technical sheets, 2D-3D archives or in BIM format. In addition, our Technical Office agents provide support for any questions or further information.

ORDER AND DELIVERY PLANNING
Once the budget is approved, we pass the order details to our Back Office Department, which coordinates the production with the material delivery according to the project’s agenda.

WE SOLVE YOUR DOUBTS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION: TECHNICAL RESULTS
If during the execution process technicians or installers of the project have any questions about our products, we have a Technical Support Service to help you with any of your doubts.
