ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Our ceramic tiles are manufactured using the double firing technique. This technique allows us to separate the pressing process from the glazing process, facilitating the production of exclusive and unique tiles for those spaces that seek their own, different and special personality.
ARTESANAL COLORS
Double firing applied to ceramic finish tiles allows us to offer a variety of colors and shades. Thanks to the versatility of the technique in the production lines and its low-speed artisanal process, we can very precisely control the color of the enamels, as well as their technical performance. Thus providing each piece with a high resistance to abrasion (PEI) and a high resistance to scratching (MOHS).
IMAGE PRINTING
Short and customized productions offer high definition, resolution and intensity of enameled colors in illustrations and images.
Types of material
WHITE BODY TALES
White body ceramic tiles are available in a wide variety of formats. Double firing allows us to offer very intense colors with an excellent gloss.
PORCELAIN TILES
Porcelain tile is characterized by its hardness, resistance and impermeability. It is a compact material that in its firing process reaches a temperature of 1,200 degrees. It is also a non-porous material, so it absorbs little water. These properties mean that porcelain tiles can be used as flooring or cladding for both interiors and exteriors.
